Laurel Thatcher Ulrich - Lecture and Signing

Join us Monday, March 13th, at 7 pm for a special guest lecture and book signing by Pulitzer Prize winning LDS historian Laurel Thatcher Ulrich, author of A HOUSE FULL OF FEMALES: PLURAL MARRIAGE AND WOMEN’S RIGHTS IN EARLY MORMONISM, 1835-1870.

Dr. Ulrich, whose acclaimed book A MIDWIFE'S TALE earned her both a Bancroft Prize and a Pulitzer Prize, is also notable for coining the aphorism "Well Behaved Women Seldom Make History." Monday she will present a short lecture on her research followed by an audience Q&A.

Come and participate in the discussion, meet the author, and get a signed copy of this amazing new book.

This event is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served.
